&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Join Reiki Australia this World MS Day for a supportive workshop exploring fatigue management, MS, and chronic illness.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Living with chronic illness can be deeply exhausting, and you do not have to navigate it alone. This gentle session will offer practical tools to help you better understand fatigue, manage your energy day to day, and create more space for rest and restoration.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;The workshop will include education around MS and chronic illness fatigue, real-time fatigue management strategies, time for questions, and a guided meditation created especially for deep relaxation and nervous system support.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;All attendees will receive a complimentary fatigue management booklet to take home.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Come as you are, take a moment for yourself, restore your energy, and connect with others who understand.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The will will include:&lt;/p&gt;

• Understanding MS and chronic illness fatigue, including a practical exercise&lt;br&gt;
• Real-time fatigue management strategies, including a complimentary booklet&lt;br&gt;
• Guided meditation for fatigue, rest, and chronic illness support&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;• Reflection, wrap-up, and takeaways&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
