About
Reiki was a gift to help me heal, I love helping others to do the same. I have been practicing Reiki for 15 years and have been teaching for over a
decade in small groups. I offer treatments in the comfort of my own practice in the City of Casey. I integrate mindfulness self-compassion, guided visualisation, kinesiology and sound healing if requested. I will support you in a gentle, respectful manner.
Journey
I discovered Reiki at a time when all possibilities of healing a thirty year debilitating condition were exhausted, even conventional medicine was not an option due to my sensitivity. after many years of searching for a cure I was officially diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, along with severe anxiety and depression due to past trauma.
I have been on a spiritual path for many years now and I use Reiki as a daily ritual along with other alternative therapies, completely transforming my life.

Reiki has healed my old wounds and opened up my world integrating meditation, mindfulness, kinesiology sound healing, vocal expression ( singer songwriter) singing songs from the heart. I am so grateful for my blessed life. I am honoured to help my clients as well as teach them to use Reiki to improve their quality of life.
I worked in aged care, and community services in many roles for over 24 years, working as case manager and facilitator supporting a diverse group of clients . I have many great resources to share that helped my recovery from anxiety, depression and past trauma plus pain management and so grateful that I can be of service .
Vision
My vision is that Reiki will be available to everyone to tap into the universal energy on a daily basis, to support the mental health of individuals, by reducing the dependency of pharmaceuticals, working beside health professionals to reduce the anxiety, depression and PTSD in the wider community . I see Reiki as a integral part of self care working in the wider community to help prevent burnout and compassionate fatigue. Especial for those working on the frontline in the health and security settings.
I am excited about the prospect of having this energetic healing to help heal self and others , regardless of culture, faith and beliefs. My passion is to accept each other for our differences, being open to healing the world through acceptance, respect, and love .
