Shadi Kennedy is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. She started Balance is Qi to help people become their best self and to achieve their goals by being balanced and having clarity.

When you are energetically balanced you are operating from a higher vibrational field. A field of infinite potential. Being emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically balanced is the key to all happiness and success.

As a practitioner and teacher she holds the space and allows Reiki to help clear these blockages so the natural bodies healing can begin.

She worked in corporate IT for over ten years and is mother to 3 energetic boys. She understands the pressures on balancing not only work/life but also the importance of finding time for self-care.

Journey

I began my spiritual journey over 30 years ago when I first discovered my thoughts and energy could manifest my reality. It wasn't a formulated strategy just an inner knowing. It was my curiosity and need to understand that led me on a path of discovery. Whilst trying to understand this energy concept I was also forging ahead with the more practical path of University and corporate work. My endeavours took me to a dynamic role in corporate IT and then as a mother of three boys I ran my own company and businesses. Always in search of finding the balance and happiness that so many speak of .. but also be able to work and achieve in the real world. I just needed to understand what this energy was and how we can use it. And being a super logical person I needed proof. I immersed myself in books, research articles, practices until my path led me to Reiki.

My Reiki journey wasn't for anyone else but to heal and balance myself - to live from my highest potential. But slowing I extended that to friends and family and saw the amazing benefits which lead me to practice and teach. We all have the power - we just need to connect to it.

Now as a full time Energy Body worker I have seen first hand the transformation that takes place for clients during and after their Reiki Healing sessions. The healing goes beyond the physical body and so is widely used alongside other modalities and medical treatments.

Vision

To empower people to connect with their truth and purpose. Balance is about mental, emotional, physical and spiritual connectedness. Re-aligning with your own personal power.

Knowing, you can be in a difficult situation without absorbing the energy into your physical body allows you to live from a place of love and confidence. And if you do take on that energy, it’s okay. We can help you release these or even better teach you the tools to cleanse yourself, reboot, recalibrate and Balance.

Clients walk away with extra clarity and tools as part of the balancing program. Feeling empowered in your healing journey. Helping reconnect with your higher self, getting in touch with what brings you joy, being more present in each moment and becoming an active participant on this magical journey called life.
