About

My name is Ana and I am originally from Mozambique but have been in Australia for quite some time now and call Australia home.

I have an educational background in nutritional science, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree. In addition, I have also completed my master level in reiki healing.

I am passionate about helping people understand their health from a holistic point of view. We are more than our physical bodies and in order to achieve optimal health we must look at all of ourselves. This includes our state of mind, emotions, physical body and spirit. These aspects have to be balanced and aligned in order to achieve our full well-being potential.

I offer nutrition consultations and reiki treatments, these two modalities can be done separately or combined.

I find that when reiki is paired with nutrition it helps heal the root cause of eating issues. Issues typically stem from an emotional and/or spiritual tie for which reiki helps heal.

Help people understand their health from a holistic point of view by balancing and aligning their mind, emotions, spirit and physical body in order to achieve their well-being potential.
