I have been interested in reiki and meditation for the past 30 years. I have a passion for writing affirmations, learning about crystals and dreaming new ideas and creating from those places.

Journey

My journey has included, teaching infant massage, being a remedial and relaxation massage therapist.
Reiki is something that is a daily practice for me. The precepts I strive to live by, each day.
