About

I approach the practice of Reiki with a deep respect for the innate wisdom of the body, and the profound potential for healing that lies within each of us. Reiki treatment facilitates self-healing through an experience of deep relaxation, which helps restore emotional, mental and physical balance.

My role as a Reiki practitioner is that of a conduit, allowing each client’s unique journey of healing to unfold through the transformative power of personal and Universal energy.

Journey

I was drawn to the practice of Reiki after a life-changing medical event several years ago. This experience provided me with a unique opportunity for introspection and self-discovery, setting me on a path of healing, clarity of meaning and purpose.

Following my initial Reiki studies and consistent daily self-practice, I experienced a radical shift in personal perspective which helps me live my life with more courage, more gratitude and more compassion. As a result, undertaking further Reiki study seemed a natural and essential progression.

Vision

The practice of Reiki helps me restore balance and promotes my personal wellness.
Quite simply, I feel better about myself.

My vision is to help my clients feel better about themselves and assist in restoring their balance through Reiki.

I have a deep yearning to continue my study of the system of Reiki so that ultimately, I can teach others the practice of Reiki, empowering them to enjoy the benefits of this beautiful traditional therapy as and when they choose.
