Elaine Bowler is a Director of Reiki Australia and has a passion for sharing light, healing and wisdom.

Join Lainey for  a 1 hour meditation experience which will deepen your connection and give you new tools to centre, ground nd protect. In this workshop we will:

• discuss the importance of self-care & Spiritual hygiene in energy work.
• teach you a short & simple visualisation technique to ground, centre & shield your energy; transferring their Reiki knowledge into an easy & simple ritual for energy protection.

• You'll also learn a simple ritual to Set Sacred Space which invites the energy & Spirit of Reiki in Sacred ceremony, by acknowledging our Usui Reiki Lineage of Forebearers.
• Take part in a guided relaxation meditation & visualisation; with the intention to meet your Reiki Spirit Guides & strengthen your connection with them. Be open to the wisdom of Reiki & the possibility of receiving any information intuitively from your guides that they may have for you.
• Close the Sacred Reiki Circle with 5 minutes of self-Reiki & time for reflection & discussion if they wish to share their experience.

Please bring a journal & pen to take notes if inspired.
