About
I’m a proud mother of two incredible boys, a wife, artist, author, devoted dog lover, coffee enthusiast, and passionate music fan.

After spending 10 years in musical theatre, I went on to build a diverse career across media, professional organising, disability services, and banking.

Each of these experiences now informs and enriches my work as a Reiki Master/Teacher and Reiki/mindset coach, where I believe learning should be engaging, uplifting, and enjoyable.

My philosophy is simple: “Leave your expectations at the door... you can pick them up on your way out.”

I am deeply passionate about healing and believe it comes in many forms. Incorporating Reiki into everyday life can be a powerful and accessible starting point for personal growth, balance, and wellbeing.
Journey
My personal healing journey began at an early age when I was introduced to energy healing following a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.

This experience sparked a deep passion for spiritual wellbeing and holistic practices, leading me to study a wide range of modalities including Feng Shui, crystal healing, Reiki, EFT, mediumship, mindfulness, meditation, Qi Gong, life coaching, and sound therapy.

Over time, this path naturally evolved into supporting spiritually focused healers in establishing and growing their own businesses through refreshers, training and upskilling their modalities to enhance their offerings.

Reiki became my preferred healing modality after I personally experienced its profound benefits during recovery from a serious medical trauma.

While I initially approached Reiki with hesitation and scepticism, as many do in the beginning, I soon discovered that healing does not require a particular belief system to be effective and the results I experienced were undeniable.

Today, I teach Reiki with genuine passion and encourage my students to explore not only the practical aspects of healing, but also the mindset and personal growth that accompany the journey. I believe our mindset plays a significant role in how we progress, both personally and professionally.

As part of my Level II training, all students are guided through the foundations of building and operating a Reiki business, with business training included in the course investment.

I also provide ongoing online support and mentoring, as I strongly believe students benefit from continued guidance and connection well beyond their initial training days.
