About
At Green Heart Healing Space, healing is not about ‘curing’ or ‘fixing’ but acknowledging that our health and well-being incorporate physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. With that in mind, the space has been lovingly created for you to feel deeply supported, to invite nourishment, and to allow the nervous system to integrate physical, emotional, and energetic shifts.

These sessions are about lightening the burden of what you are carrying so that ongoing stress stops being your normal. When you begin lightening the stress load in your nervous system, you can open to what it is to arrive at yourself in a way that embodies worth and compassion.
Journey
When you feel the pull towards learning Reiki my advice is to follow it.
This is how my own Reiki journey began. I became curious about how to support clients beyond hands-on physical treatments. I wanted to guide clients deeper into their healing journey to feel empowered to look beyond the physical symptoms and recognise their emotional and spiritual wellness needs. What I learnt is that Reiki starts with YOU.
It starts with your connection to self and teaches you the importance of taking care of your needs and trusting your intuition. It is a gift to ourselves first.
Vision
I am an Intuitive Reiki Massage Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher based in Everton Hills, Brisbane. My mission is to take the nurturing of your health and wellness beyond the physical, nourishing the mind, body heart and soul. My clients and students understand that taking care of their whole being is where true healing takes place.
