EFT for Beginners with Leah Lloyd
Join Leah Lloyd, Combined Reiki Practitioner and Master/Teacher with Reiki Australia, who will be teaching this amazing 1 hour workshop on EFT for Beginners, to work on releasing your energy blocks for running your successful Reiki Practice in 2025.
This is a FREE Event for Reiki Australia Members ONLY.
To ensure each participant receives more personal attention, class numbers are strictly limited to 10, so we will be running 3 sessions. One at 10am, 1pm and 4pm. You will be permitted to opt for one session ONLY, however all those who register will receive a link to the replay. Members who attend or watch the replay will also be granted 1 CPD Point.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a body/mind self-help method that is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. It involves tapping acupressure points on the face & body, while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. When we are able to face negative emotions while tapping (instead of trying to fight them or push them away), we can experience surprising relief. In addition to providing relief from stress when we need it, EFT tapping can be also used therapeutically to help us address the roots of our problems and make lasting changes (often the reasons we are not succeeding are subconscious and the nervous system thinks it is keeping us safe). EFT is validated by ongoing scientific research, is easy and effective.
About Leah
Leah is a Reiki Master/Teacher; an Accredited EFT Practitioner, a practitioner of Forensic Healing, Spinal Flow and AromaTouch; a Whole Woman and Meditation Teacher, an Angel Card Reader and dōTERRA Wellness Advocate trained in AromaTouch Technique.
Leah is also a Women’s Health Nurse, has trained in Natural Fertility and is the author of Emotional Infertility 2nd edn.

We are committed to supporting our members through our services and online content on our website, and workshops just like this one, and we will be rolling out more workshops which will be free to our Members in 2025!
